PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $1,500.00 THAT WILL BE PUT INTO AN ESCROW ACCOUNT TO BE USED AS SPELLED OUT IN SECTION 15.7 OF THE MAYFIELD TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE. THE PLANNING COMMISION MAY REDUCE THE ESCROW AMOUNT BASED ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROJECT.
The application will be provided with a monthly tall if ant of these expenses are incurred, Every effort will be made to inform the applicant if any of these services may be needed in the review of their application during the preliminary review process. It should also be noted that the total review process may take 3-6 months. Any unused escrow funds will be returned upon approval plus the prevailing interest on the escrow account.
